breakfast

Until I can go grocery shopping, I get the unexciting OATMEAL....Not the exciting oatmeal in the delicious packets, or even the ones where the dinosaur eggs melt....

NO i bet plain nasty oatmeal. I try to choke it down with some sugar free syrup in it. I know I just can't skip breakfast so i'm stuck with

OATMEAL.

Gotta go. If I dont eat it quick it gets cold, and nastier. And the quicker I eat it the less I think about the taste!

  1. Do you like eggs? If you don't have any other health issues, those are supposed to be the perfect food. According to what I've read..pairing a protien with a grain is most healthy and ideal for weight loss. So like..oatmeal and turkey sausage would be good or even a bowl of nasty multigrain cheerios and lowfat milk with an egg on the side would be good. I usually eat a piece of whole wheat toast with an over-easy egg on it. My issue is cleaning up the kid's plates for them after I've fed them their stuff...and plain ol' sitting on my bootie.

  2. i love eggs!!! what I get when I eat healthy is egg beaters. they are very good and have none of the bad stuff eggs have. then i make an omlet with peppers spinach and red onions. its very good . and on the side i'll have a piece of 45 calorie whole wheat toast. YES i go all out when i eat healthy. lol. this is why its soo expensive. and i lvoe turkey bacon. and its so quick to cook lol. for snacks its fruit and veggies. the veggies i dip in fat free sour cream with the lipton onion mix in it. sooo good and low in everything. (and it makes the veggies easieer to choke down lol) lunches i'll generally make a sandwich with the 45 cal bread ff turkey lunch meat, ff mayo dijon and spinach and onions. a 1/3 of a protien shake after workout and usually some form of incredibly healthy dinner. we 7 out of 10 times have two dinners cooking. lol. one for me and one for nick. but nick cooks so he doesnt mind it. (i just have to clean up the mess) lol!!

    Its the weekends that ALWAYS get me. I dont work out. ANd we are usually at other ppls houses and i get tired of having to bring my own food. so i splurge ALL WEEKEND LONG!!! and bbq'd ANYTHING is my soft spot.
